Attorney Steven Goldstein, co-founder of Pozo Goldstein, LLP, is backed by years of experience on both sides of the spectrum regarding immigration and criminal defense law. As a former prosecutor, Attorney Goldstein has a unique set of skills that allows him to provide aggressive and relentless representation on behalf of his clients facing serious immigration and criminal related matters. No matter what case he is handling, he puts his best foot forward to pursue the best results for his clients.
Before founding the firm, Attorney Goldstein worked as a trial attorney for the Immigration and Naturalization Service, where he was selected by the U.S. Attorney General to participate in the Attorney General’s Honors Program. Additionally, he served as a prosecutor for the Office of Chief, Immigration and Customs Enforcement. As a result, he gained the necessary experience to represent clients in Immigration and Criminal Courts.
Currently, Attorney Goldstein is permitted to practice before the Florida Supreme Court, the United States District Court Southern District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals 11th Circuit. In addition, he holds memberships in various associations, including the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Fraternal Order of Police, the Dade County Bar Association, the Florida Bar, the Broward County Bar Association, and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Prior to committing his life to judiciary work, Attorney Goldstein attended Temple University where he completed his undergraduate coursework. Following his undergraduate studies, Attorney Goldstein enrolled in Rutgers School of Law- Camden. At the university, he completed his Juris Doctorate. Since then, he has committed his life to practicing law.
