Our client, a national of Nicaragua, applied for citizenship after having been adjusted to Lawful Permanent Resident status in December 2001. In 1997, she was arrested for Grand Theft in the 3rd Degree. The case was dismissed. After an interview with USCIS, our client was granted United States citizenship.
