Orlando immigration protesters joined with others across the country to demonstrate their displeasure with the Trump administration’s immigration policies and the cruel practice of separating children from their parents at the U.S.-Mexico border. The Orlando “Families Belong Together” protest event took place on June 30, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. outside the Orlando offices of U.S. Senator Marco Rubio.
